You can still deduct 10k in property taxes and if I read the last updated article correctly possibly include your state/local taxes. Again though 10k in property taxes isn't that out of the norm and the larger negative effects on home values should be kept in mind.

over 10k a year in property taxes in some areas and it was in the 50% range. My girl works part time and doesn't make much and has already paid around 5k in local and state taxes so far this year.
I understand people who live in NY, Cali, and NJ aren't real Americans or whatever, Bro, but the bottom rungs of the tax brackets got crumbs tax folks are talking about $60 a year in savings, and they didn't do anything for child care benefits and they're about to ruin their health insurance.
