This is why we are where we are. You decide this is what the country is and there's nothing you can do about it while you have your "opposition" (not sure they're your opposition in this case with this logic) indoctrinating folks with the most toxic of ideas while ruining the lives of those same folks.

The tax bill that was just voted for HAS ZERO DEMOCRAT SUPPORT. THIS IS PRETTY BASIC. DEMOCRATS AND REPUBLICANS HAVE DRASTICALLY DIFFERENT POLICY IDEAS ECONOMICALLY AND ON GENERALLY EVERY OTHER ISSUE.

I would love to know why Fox News works so well on part of the American populace. Fox doesn’t have this hold anywhere else in the world I don’t think.
There’s a difference between willful ignorance and ignorance. Fox viewers aren’t ignorant. They can distrust the MSM but they know there’s more than one side to anyargument.

Dog whistling. They were doing it for 20 years before Fox even got on the air and it’s all over their programming. It’s entire agenda is sensationalism flooded with white supremacist dog whistles. Race relations has always been the most prevalent issue politically in this country, or at the very least since the end of the war of 1812. That’s always at the core of what fox tells it’s viewers. It tells them who to hate and blame for all the alleged issues that are all single handedly destroying the greatest country ever.
