Deadpool already best pic nominee? :dead:

Can't believe they still air this shyt.

Being a film lover, I used to watch them every year, but when Twilight beat Slumdog Millionaire, The Dark Knight, and Iron Man for Best Movie, I was like "This just isn't my thing anymore:camby:" and checked out. I usually see a thread on them around here every year so I figured I would do the honors this year. :manny:

Pretty sure the awards are all fan voted and MTV's biggest audience at this point is teenage white girls. Shouldn't be too shocking.

MTV movie award winners is like picking names out of a hat, It's not a watch live event it's more like if something funny is reported to have happened you watch the clip on youtube.

I just remember when I first started watching them, movies like Pulp Fiction and Se7en were winning Best Movie and then in 2005 it started to dip off the rails:

 Terminator 2: Judgement Day
 A Few Good Men
 Menace II Society
 Pulp Fiction
 Se7en
 Scream
 Titanic
 There's Something About Mary
 The Matrix
 Gladiator
Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring
Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers
Lord of the Rings: Return of the King
 Napoleon Dynamite
 Wedding Crashers
Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest
 Transformers
 Twilight
 Twilight: New Moon
 Twilight: Eclipse
Twilight: Breaking Dawn - Part 1
 The Avengers
 The Hunger Games: Catching Fire
 The Fault in Our Stars
