In Addis,PM Abey Ahmed had just left a public rally when a bomb killed at least one.

A couple of hours later a small bomb seemingly planted on the dais went off just as new prez Mngangagwa was leaving injuring the VP and 2 others.

Normally we'd all scream,"its the CIA/the French/the Zionists/the Illuminati/Al Shabaab," and be at least half right but in this case only one thing is clear. It's most likely the same perp-the same MO and they can penetrate prez security.
Whoever they were imo,they were sending a message since those modest charges could just as easily as have been massive VBIEDs:"nikka,we can get you anytime we want!" Not in Nairobi presently so I' far from fresh info but will update.
In the meantime,don't attack our presidents for their security measures. I've seen guys here IIRC,calling them out for 'excessive security.' You know who you are:have you changed your minds?
