This goes beyond racial profiling. Each of those bystanders who asked "Is this your bike" KNOWS for a fact that the bike is being stolen. Each of the three actors told them that the bike was not their's.

It goes beyond "because he is black, he must be stealing." These people are actually condoning, and in the case of the blonde, ASSISTING, in the bike theft JUST BECAUSE the thieves were white/an attractive blonde.

So the question is, how many more crimes go unreported because of race?
