I consider myself a good player. I wanted to sharpen my skills playing online. Nothing series, probably micro bids. I just don't trust algorithms. I think those online poker rooms are rigged. Has anyone played?

I've known two people that ate well off it before the government started cracking down on it. This was '06-'09. Thing about it is they were playing anywhere from 4-6 tables at a given time for hours on end to actually make a living at it (which it doesn't sound like you are trying to do). I do know it has gotten harder to get bread there bc the number of bad players has reduced dramatically with the gov't crackdown.

I use to go on Saturdays but it's 2.5 hours one way on the parkway. Would rather wake up and just go online and play.

I know professionals play online but I don't know.
