My college gym, which I got started into weight lifting decades ago, had this chart on the wall with best powerlifting lifts. This guy from my hometown attended my same college, he's a year younger than me. He broke the record for men's 139 lbs. weight class with a 390 bench. I was like pressing about 150 - 175 lbs at the time and weighed 160 lbs. Anyway, this dude had the same physique as the guy in the video, triangular upper body with skinny waist and legs. He wasn't putting in any numbers on the deadlift or squat though.
