I believe it. I think the last real democrat failure was 3 decades ago under Carter. And even Carter's presidency would've been okay if not for Iran acting a fool.

Sometimes I really wish the red states would leave the union like they have always wanted to. That way they could slowly devolve into the 3rd world Plutocracy they have always wanted to be.
I'm envisioning Republicans turning into a western combination of Taliban Afghanistan and the fallen Soviet states. Meanwhile, the democrat states would begin mirroring their counterparts in northern and western Europe. Universal healthcare overnight, public college funding, fair taxation of corps and billionaires, affordable housing stock , better educated grade schoolers, modern infrastructure, a real separation of religion from policy,and a budget not dominated by military spending

Should be Political Science professors doing the rankings, not historians...Political scientists actually evaluate the policies that were enacted and their impact
