I can't say I'm surprised. There's something odd about the culture. There is respect and order, but it seems like as a whole, it is overly sensitive to real life situations and if not resolved, it's like ingrained in them to focus that inwardly leading to a counterculture of extreme everything. It's like everything is open in all matters that aren't private. So people head that way dwelling in that, are extreme in their actions towards themselves and rarely every once in a while, you'll have those that act out on others instead of themselves. I don't know their statistics, but I almost feel like the internet has to be a big contributing factor to it all. Like kids can possibly receive even more extreme opposite messages.
Again, this is all just a general feeling I get. A perspective from afar and making big assumptions lol.
