Not gonna go into the Toni Storm match since there's already enough discourse about the Harley Cameron one. I will say that Shazza appeared in AEW back before the pandemic per my research. Don't remember her, might not have had any big matches. I did see she's from Australia and had some matches with Toni over there and on the indies so I can see why Toni would do her the favor.
Far as rest of the card, the CC matches gonna be good as well as Andretti and Lio vs Top Flight. That other tag match doesn't make much sense. Why is OC involved in that match when he is in the fatal fourway for the title at the ppv. Same with DG and Kommander who are already busy in the CC. No need to throw all those random guys in there who already have things going on.
I think they just threw on these random matches since the ratings gonna be even worse this week.
