Grey Squares
Perhaps the most famous example of them all - in the image below square A and square B are actually the exact same shade of grey. Yes, really:
Orange and Brown
The brown square on the top of this cube and the orange square on the side are actually the exact same color:
Diagonal Lines
The two blue diagonal lines below are the exact same length:
Spinning Woman
If you concentrate, you can trick your brain into thinking the woman below is spinning clockwise or counter-clockwise:
Train Tracks
The two yellow lines below are the exact same length:
"Blue" background
The entire background of this image is white - the background of the center portion isn't blue, even though it might seem to be slightly shaded:
Moving jpeg?
This image isn't actually animated at all. Your eyes are just playing tricks on you:
Crooked Lines
These are all straight horizontal lines. They aren't angled at all - they're perfectly parallel:
Yellow Countries
The area inside the red and orange line isn't yellow or shaded in at all - it's completely white, just like the area outside the lines:
More Greyscale Craziness
The grey rectangles in column A and column B are the exact same shade of grey:
Circle Sizes
These two orange circles are exactly the same size:
