I dont see how anyone from NXT could want to leave for the main roster. Bo and the Jobscension jobbing on the pre-show, Sasha being wasted and unused so she doesnt outshine Charlottemayne.. even Neville is half a jobber. Only Owens is flourishing

Worked out for Rollins, Reigns, Bray and Big E (to some extent)

Sasha has a subtle Daniel Bryan-esque storyline about how over she is with the crowd. It's only a matter of time before "We Want Sasha" becomes the thing and gets put on a t-shirt on her way to becoming Diva's Champion. Got to have patience in some cases because they bubble it slowly. Just got to hope they stay healthy enough to make it there (Zayn, D-Bry, etc.)
