For the most part. There are still some arbitrary things that you have to unlock through other means. IE: you get Booker T by participating in a King of the Ring. You can do that in free match mode. You get Laurinaitis by creating a new PPV in WWE Universe. Cruiserweight by playing with Rey Mysterio or Sin Cara. Stuff like that.

Yep, a Big Four PPV and WWE's second longest running PPV had only three week build while HIAC, a B PPV that never made sense since No Way Out and EC also use cages, cheapens the HIAC match as well as WWE becoming PG, had double the time
