On my off days im going to be doing 100 burpees. This begins saturday. Has anyone tried to do 100 burpees in a row. If so how long did it take you. I will probably be taking some breaks but i wont really stop stop until im done.

200 push ups a day and 200 sit ups just space it out through out your day if you can
while one-armed/one-legged calisthenics are impressive, i don't believe they are the best for building strength.god tier calisthenic with the 1armed push, pistol squat, and pullup
