I've been on and off with 10 minute trainer for awhile planning on starting back when Ramadan is over but I just discovered that I had this "Disc 3" with Core Cardio, Total Body 2 and Upper Body where am I supposed to fit these in on my schedule? do I switch cardio with Core cardio every time? where does upper body fit in?
