Issue, E-40’s teenage son, released his Waves of Italy mixtape today via his often cryptic and hilarious Twitter account. “Teaholics (The Rise),” the standout track produced by older brother Droop-E, is a heady seven-minute tea party featuring Das Racist. An odd kid who often dons an MF Doom-style mask, Issue’s most candid moments are some of his finest.
