WWE Women’s Champion Nia Jax is scheduled to defend her title against one-half of the Women’s Tag Team Champion Naomi. Naomi has recently replaced Jade Cargill, who is out due to injury, and has joined Bianca Belair as the other half of the tag team champions.

United States Champion Shinsuke Nakamura will lock horns with Andrade in a non-title match in the first episode of 2025. The match was announced during the past week’s show where Andrade appeared in a video package challenging the champion.

Smackdown gotta have something big tonight to start off the year

I was against it being 3 hours; the two show was tight and kept it moving while 3 hour Raw was bloated, barely watchable and 20% recaps

But I'm gonna try and keep an open mind and hope this means more character development and more of the wrestlers getting some shine ... hopefully

Bro they swapped out all WWE programming with TNA on my cable provider. I knew Raw was gone but it never processed in my mind everything would be off. It was nice chopping it up with you guys in these topics
