Has anyone ran this program? I know it will boost your Big 3 numbers but does it build muscle? I'm interested in it because being in the gym 3 days a week is perfect for me.
Been lifting regularly without any structured prpgram for the past 4 years (muscle imbalances and injuries have ruined my ability to stick to a program)
So I have muscles some muscles, just not as good as I should be.
I look like the 25% guy in this picture...
