I've never been a huge fan of Ben Cardin, I volunteered for Kweisi Mfume in 2006 as a young pup in the Democratic Primary then which was a 3 point win for Cardin. Manning is running as a Democrat. Maryland is a state where Dems outbumber GOP 2 to 1. It'll be interesting to see if anyone else...
