    How easy is it to flee the country, if you were convicted of a crime?

    Seriously, I'm wondering about this. What if you were convicted of a serious charge and you had an option of fleeing the country to an island nation like Haiti or Cuba or Jamaica (not necessarily has to be the Caribbean, just seem like those countries are the easiest to flee too) before...
