    If ADOS Was Granted It's Own Territory Right Now, How Would That Play Out?

    Are we ready? Would we have a just an equal society? What type of government would we impose? Who would be the archetypical leader? What would happen to our other historical institutions, like HBCUs in other parts of the country?
