I have chronic sinus issues along with allergies most of the year. Dr. told me to take Zyrtec daily, it helps but I still have a stuffy nose along every now and again. I think the ENT specialist can do it but you need to have a dr send you there, my doc thinks that would be a last resort. I'm...
