    Are 5 days that big of a difference than 3?

    its hard for me to be consistent going to the gym 5 times a week, there’s only so many days you can miss, and when I do my week of working out is fukked. With 3 days i have so much more flexibility and can be more consistent, but I wanna know is there a big difference going 3 days instead of 5...
