Now granted a background in some martial arts or self defense is always Golden but most of y'all ain't gonna got the energy, conditioning, strength at random to fend off some coward looking to do y'all wrong.

fukk evening the playing ground, you are the weaker sex and your main goal in dealing with any male attacker is to neutralize and get help/flee. Anything else and you risking it out here thinking you got the mettle you might find out you don't got after looking to go head to head with most men.
