Why are so many ENGLISH actors taking roles from american actors?

So many English actors are doing American roles,

the list goes on and on, why is this? to the point US actors are trying to stop it

also why do us actors find it so hard to do different accents?

Modern American culture doesn't lend to what cultivates a 'good actor'.

• Nuance is not valued in our culture, people prefer over the top behavior here
• Patience with career results is also not valued
• The paper/fame chase makes actors take roles that probably pay well/get them noteriety in the short-term but is a hinderance to their future
• Our education system doesn't value 'the arts' in comparison
• Our education system is overall less rigorous in comparison

but more so now.

star wars = one of the biggest movies of the year, American production, but both lead roles were English.

black panther has also casted a lot of English actors due to americans unable to do the accents.
