Bray and it ain't close.
Rusev makes the most of what he gets, they just don't give bruh much. Bray out here with full leeway on promos and just be rambling like he runs his promos through google translate into another language and back again.
That being said... both bruhs out here making six-figure-range money to not have to carry programs and then they get to go to bed with women who work on the road with them who are objectively great looking women. Even if one of them did so wrongfully.

Rusev the performer is MUCH better than the gimmick. The gimmick is an anchor tied to him. . .. anyone with experience can see it.
Bray was supposed to be a can't miss from that very first NXT promo I saw from him. That gimmick was READY.
He's not supposed to be what he currently is. Booking failed him miserably.

He should've had a monster heel title run but he has been fukked over jobbed nonstop. The shyt at Summerslam after the Cena shyt was the nail in the coffin.

Wyatt, at least Rusev has been somewhat successful. But Wyatt's character is so stupid. You have this scary guy who does the same damn promo every week just to lose, who is supposed to take him seriously

Rusev got pigeon-holed into your stock-standard foreign monster heel role and is forced to make chicken salad out of the chicken shyt that is said outdated racist gimmick.
Bray Wyatt is, for all intents and purposes, supposed to be the second coming of the Undertaker in terms of presentation and such, and he's two weeks away from dressing like the girl from The Ring to try and spook Finn Balor into losing.
Creative has failed both men, but it is more egregious with Bray because all you really had to do to make the gimmick work is to let the nikka win a lot more than he loses. Instead, the extent of his power is broadcasting Planet Earth documentaries about insects on the wrestling mat during Wrestlemania. The potential for greatness was previewed during his stroll around the block as WWE Champion.

He'll never be more than the entrance because he hasn't won anything of significance. Creative and booking dropped the ball badly on him. The gimmick was fresh when they rebranded him, but it doesn't hold weight anymore because there is no more Wyatt Family. He's just collecting a check to do pre-recorded promos and lose at house shows.
