Easy, poverty breeds violence, the correlation between poverty and violence has been studied you piece of shyt. It's why the Gypsies in Europe were/are hated, because they're poor and wherever they went crime followed, it's why the Irish and Italians were looked down on when they came to the US. You keep a people poor and violence will bloom, which is what systemic blocks do, education is the most important aspect in battling poverty and of course black neighborhoods see less funding there.
And you are inherently evil, no other race of people on the planet has brought war & violence to every part of the world they set foot on.

Spare me. Poverty makes no one go out and purposely murder kids. Also blacks complain about poverty in the US, but you don't know what real poverty is like. I'm half Romanian. There are places in that country that, if not for cars and electronics, would be straight out of the Medieval period. Violence there is almost nonexistent. And there are places on the planet that are far worse.
