His GOAT Boot alone gets him a 10, but I'll give him a 7 based on what he could have done more than what he actually did. For a minute. Test was a hugely over babyface that was booked very well without smiling and slapping hands. He was just kicking ass, doing cool moves and that was it. Had a nice standout theme, ok talker, not embarrassing but got his point across, and was very athletic for his size. I'd even put his flying elbow up there with Randy Savage. The amount of ring he covered doing it was awesome. They really didn't do much with him after HHH killed him off. Had every reason to move Test up in 99 after his feud with Shane, and I'm pretty sure Test took back to back to back L's against X-Pac and Roaddogg, ON TOP OF HHH

T&A was meh. Only over cause of Trish, and it seemed like as a heel in 01, he was only pushed due to the WWF not caring for WCW/ECW folks. 2002 was the last time I thought he could've been elevated in some way, at least an upper midcarder during that time he was an Un-American. There was no reason for Undertaker to win that match at Summerslam 2002. Taker ate Test finishers AND interference from Lance Storm and Christian only to still win the fukking match :mjlol:

. I also never will forget how he carried Brock Lesnar at KOTR 2002 :sas2:

03 heel Test was probably his best character wise, being a woman abusing dikk heel (something they would NOT do today lol). His matches with Scott Steiner were memorable for the comedy since Steiner was still in winded mode during that period. Him doing his Pumphandle slam to Stacy and Trish and TEAMING with Scott Steiner :laff:

. The 5 minute match where he just boots Kevin Nash's head off and pins him clean :dead:

He was roided as fukk when he came back to WWECW, and I knew he wouldn't be in the company long after that. Dude was juiced like Brakus. Only thing I remember from around that time was him punting Al Snow's head, a meh feud with a second year Lashley, and that abysmal December To Remember PPV. This rating is higher than I should really give him just cause I have cool memories of him, and current big men on the roster minus Braun don't even have half his talent, which is a major indictment on the WWE. Sucks he died the way he did, I was a fan. He obviously wasn't on par with GOAT bigs like Vader, Bam Bam, Big Show, and Kane, but Baron Corbin, Big Cass, and so many of those big tall losers from 06-12 (Kozlov, Heidenreich, Jackson Andrews, Mason Ryan, etc.) wish they were even half as over as Test was in 98/99.

Looked like a star when he walked through the airport brother.

EVentually became a pretty good worker for his size, in like 02-03. He had a pretty good heel run in the midcard around then too, turning on Stacy and bullying her. He was getting heat.

Eventually became passable on the mic.

Test's first few years he came off like an overpushed gump from what I remember, but I rewatched Raw 03-04 last year or 2 years ago, and he was a good performer as a midcard heel for 6 months or so. Then he came back in WWECW and had another decent run. He didn't have much longevity as a good performer, due to injury and whatever else, but after 3 years or so in the business he got pretty good imo.

-Mic work/promos: 5 on a good day. Never broke out of that '80s meathead mold for promos, but I didn't remember him doing a lot of promos anyway.

-Personality/gimmicks: 6. I didn't like the Testes comedy era with Stacy Keibler, but Test came off as a cool bad-ass early in his run. He looked like a star. He had a great look, I'm surprised he wasn't pushed harder during his time there. I guess he was a casualty of Russo leaving. If he came up NOW, you can be damn sure Coke Boy's failing brain would be pushing him to the moon.

-Ring work (along with some of your favorite matches/feuds): 5. When he first showed up, he wasn't that good, but he started to improve a bit, and then by the end of his run there he seemed like he was falling off again which was probably due to injuries/drug abuse. He could have some good matches with smaller opponents that were willing to bump for him (Shane McMahon, X-Pac, Eddie) but put him in there with someone who wasn't a good worker in their own right, and the match sucked. Shane was his best feud, Shane & Eddie were his best matches.
