With a scale of 1-10 how would you rate Umaga in these categories:

-Mic work/promos

-Personality/gimmicks

-Ring work (along with some of your favorite matches/feuds)

-Overall rating (which doesn't have to be an average of the above scores)

that bottom 10 is legit...thats like 8 or 9 people i absolutely hate....i didnt mind Val Venis i guess..

i have no vote for here tho...i wasnt watching when Umaga was around...he seemed highly respected though and destined for big things..

I remember fondly his match with Cena at 2007 Royal Rumble. That was some hilarious, violent fukkery.

They should've kept him with Armando Estrada (Wonder how that character would've done in this current politically correct world).

Too bad he had his problems and refused to front them.

Feel like he was a 7 that could have done so much more. He was an old school monster heel and he was fully invested into that gimmick. His gimmick was a relic for that time, but he made it work. Armando Estrada was the perfect manager for him too. Dude was pretty much a Swiss army knife when it came to wrestling guys too. Had nice matches with John Morrison, CM Punk, Jeff Hardy, Cena, and a handful of others. Could have had main event run, but it seemed like they got him stuck in better Bray Wyatt role, as he'd have good wins but loses when it really mattered. Wish he would have went to rehab, cause he still may have been here today.

Also, felt like 3MW could have done good things, but after the Bischoff angle, they really didn't do much at all. Feel like a 7 is a appropriate for a distinctive guy that put on quite a few good matches and had notable feuds.

6 because I was so bored by the Umaga gimmick. Itd fit better now, but at the time it didn't mesh with the other characters.

He was a good worker though, a 7. A presence of being tough and imposing, so 6 or 7 for star quality. No mic skills brother. So a 6 it is.

I don't remember any matches besides the Cena one (they had a PPV match the month before with a non finish that was good too), but i vaguely recall good stuff in like 07-08

7. His run was way too short but he had an imposing (yet outdated) look, he had strength and agility, and a cool move set. He had one of the best matches of John Cena’s career before Big Match John evolved and started battling our favorite Indy stars. I also remember a lot of fun midcard battles with Jeff Hardy. He had a very brief face turn in 07 I remember being intriguing although it didn’t last long. 3MW was a cool gimmick that also didn’t last too long.

He’d really fit into the current roster (gimmick notwithstanding) considering many of the modern stars are smaller than in his time, while being more athletic. Longevity hurts him or I’d put him higher, he had a lot more to offer before his untimely passing.

8. One of the best big men of all time. They way he was built up was perfect, gave Cena his best matches up until that point. Even in losing to Cena he looked strong. Lost the first match on a roll up and was choked unconscious in their Rumble match.
