Man Hall is definitely Legendary but can't give him a 10 cause dude never lived up to his full potential and has had SO MUCH fukkERY. But at his peak when he had his demons under control I gotta give him a 9.

One of the goats from the best era top 10 doa. Top 5 finisher razors edge. He def should've been even bigger if it wasn't for all the bullshyt. He's a solid 9.

It's almost frustrating to rate him. He could have been an all time GOAT if he kept his shyt together. He rubbed shoulders with the greatest guys in history and not only held his own but was often a standout. He had more natural charisma and timing than damn near anybody.

Gotta give him a 9 begrudgingly, not because he doesn't deserve it, but because he could have done much more.

A rounded up 9. The GOAT Upper/Midcarder. Knocked a point off because he never was a singles PPV main eventer so he didn’t have the pressure on him like say a Bret and HBK. That was partly his fault since well now that I know what he was behind the scenes, I wouldn’t trust him to be “the guy” for the company (yeah, HBK was just as drugged up, but at least he wanted that spot and worked to get it so he was more reliable if that makes sense).

Unforgettable gimmicks as Razor and nWo Hall. Memorable matches throughout his Razor and nWo run. Over since ‘92. Good promo guy.

9 just short of legendary.
Great catch phrases and mannerisms, killed the Razor gimmick and just kept that shyt when he was Scott Hall The Outsider. Excellent worker in his prime with great ring presence. Just a 9. If you were alive in the 90s, even if you didn't watch wrestling you knew about or saw or heard of razor ramon or scott hall.

I have so many fond memories of him that it’s hard to not go the full boat here. I went back recently and checked out some of his AWA work with Curt Hennig, and it’s incredible how much he was able to transform himself in those few years between looking like Magnum PI before eventually becoming Razor.

That’s the biggest thing I can say about Scott here, his character and mic work are the two biggest things that rank him so highly for me. Well that, and pure charisma and swag. I remember more non wrestling match moments of his that I do of him in ring which isn’t a knock on his ring work. I’d put him on the same level as Nash, since their careers are so intertwined. If Nash got a 9, Hall does too :manny:

Razor Ramon is one of my all-time favorite gimmicks. The pre-debut vignettes really helped establish his character. Also it's funny how Vince never heard about the movie Scarface so he thought the whole character was a completely original idea. :mjlol:
