I guess this is it.

I've been inspired by FitMenCook and have begun my journey into much healthier heating. This man's recipes are :raewoo:

Tonight, I made this

Protein French Toast

Batter = 1/4 Almond Milk, 1 egg, 1 egg white, 1 scoop protein (I used Cellucor Cinnamon Swirl :noah:)....and cinnamon (I didn't use any extra)

Apples sauteed in coconut oil

So fukking good. And 40g+ protein.

Anyway, a quick 1 I threw together the other day was some shredded chicken breast, pesto sauce, and fresh squeezed lemon juice. Wrapped it in a tortilla and :eat:

I had some leftover quinoa yesterday, so I added a banana, a scoop of protein powder, and a couple tablespoons of peanut butter and mixed everything to make some kind of quinoa pudding. It was aiight :manny:

I had some leftover quinoa yesterday, so I added a banana, a scoop of protein powder, and a couple tablespoons of peanut butter and mixed everything to make some kind of quinoa pudding. It was aiight :manny:

Never tried quinoa, but hear good things. Will probably grab some next time I restock

My usual first meal on the weekends is:

Can of tuna
Half a container of Egg Beaters
2 cups of Kale
A little shredded cheese

Quick, easy to customize, crazy protein.

Good maybe yall can help me with some energy foods. I eat the normal chicken breast but it doesnt seem to be enough.

Thanks, gotta be careful tho. I tried it for the 1st time a few days ago and cooked it for 2 minutes on both sides and it was :scusthov: way over done.

This time it was about a 75 seconds on 1 side and less than a minute on the orther. shyt cost too much to be fukking up twice
