I swear everyday on here you see someone stating that an album is classic. Cat's could drop something today and tomorrow call it classic. So I'm thinking, how bout we put some numbers behind that.
Everybody drop your top 10 classic albums. I'll leave the voting open for a lil while, then tally the results. I realize that as time passes there will be new entries on the list...but at least for the most part we can have a strong, damn near indisputable list of "classic" albums.
I'll set it, in no particular order.
1.) NWA nikkaz4life
2.) Low End Theory
3.) OB4CL
4.) Illmatic
5.) Da Chronic
6.) Reasonable Doubt
7.) Disposable Arts
8.) Long Live the Kane
9.) The Listening
10.) Enter the Wu Tang
I have about 20 albums I could give honorable mention to (e.g. Amerikkas Most Wanted, Raising Hell, Fear of a Black Planet, Ready to Die)
