Oscar De La Hoya is one of boxing most "gifted" fighters. I am not talking about talent. I am talking about decisions in his fights.

I believe he lost without question against Sweet Pea.

He never hurt him or landed anything significant. Whitaker was just not given enough credit for his defense in that fight. He really made Oscar look stupid. Pea's jab kept Oscar's timing off all night. Oscar looked like an amateur. Whitaker also was credited with a KD. The judges were not having it though. Nothing at that time was gonna derail the DLH money train.

Oscar also got a gift against Sturm. I believe Oscar beat Tito, but was served poetic justice. I dont know if I would call that a robbery and DLH looked really bytchmade complaining about the decision afterwards. I thought he lost to Quartey...I wouldnt say it was controversial though.

Winky Wright-Jermain Taylor

I still say Winky won that fight

I saw Winky won too. Was it controversial? Everyone always talks about how Winky lost the 12th. Like Winky said though...since he lost the 12th does that mean you give Taylor the whole fight?

I guess you could say it was controversial since it was a draw. From the eyes of a 15 year old as I was at the time it just appeared to me that Winky fought a better fight than Taylor over the full fight that's why I say he won. They should've had a rematch

Paul Williams-Sergio Martinez 1 - The right fighter won yes but I want to know what the 1 judge was smoking to score this fight 119-110?!!!

This.

I honestly never understand how judges score a close fight with a margin like that. I mean, how a HONEST judge scores a fight like that?

Carl Froch-Andre Dirrell

This fight could easily be a draw or even a decision to Dirrell since he actually rocked Froch a couple times during this fight but in no way did Froch win this fight by any stretch of the imagination

I thought Dirrell won but knew it was gonna be tough to get the decision.

i thought taylor did win the first fight 7 rounds to 5...barely though..i do think he lost the hopkins rematch clearly

he also got a mean gift against cory spinks...cory spinks should have been the undisputed middleweight champion that night
