INTEREST DOESN'T DOUBLE THE HOME PRICE. MY FRIEND HAS A HOUSE THAT COST 210k. HE IS DOWN TO 170K. AND HES ABOUT TO RENT IT OUT. 15 YEAR LOAN AND IT'S FOR ONLY 3.5 INTEREST. THE MORTGAGE IS 1450 A MONTH.

I DID MEXICO, JAMAICA, LAS VEGAS IN THE PAST 9 MONTHS. DOING NIAGARA FALLS AND CALIFORNIA THIS YEAR.

WE EAT OUT ONCE IN A WHILE. WE ARENT CRAZY ABOUT FINE DINING BUT WE COOK AND GO TO THE GYM A LOT.

Travel doesn't equal success to me.

Neither does money or career etc.

Personally I don't have a new car and I probably never will get a new car even though I can afford any car I want at this point in my life.

I'm a simple man and I like simple things and I was just as happy when I was making $30,000 and now I'm making more than triple that.

However....making 30k sucked cause it would be hard to rent an apartment alone so more money was needed.

I know some people live for the American dream and try to be like these rappers and Kardashians but none of that type of stuff excites me at all
