The lead character, she finds out she is adopted cause she receives a letter in the mail from her "real" grandmother who had recently passed away and she's left a huge house in Texas.

Her friends and bf (trey songz) embark on this journey to Texas. When they arrive shyt is all good, big house.. nice property.. but something is living in the basement

Long story short, the town's people burnt the original house down right and killed most of the chick's family. The bytch finds out all about how the town did her "real" family wrong and ends up siding with leatherface and they live happily ever after.
