Also, as much of A Jay fan I am, I have to admit dude has turned into a frontrunning artist in that he only fukks with the biggest and popular names. Idk if he just uses it to keep his name relevant or what, Doesnt really support Kanye until he gets hot. Ross gets hot, he fukking with Ross. None of this is true though with the exception of Kanye. He didn't necessarily believe in Kanye, but he still rapper on his debut and did that voice over. He was the one who signed Rick Ross to Def Jam, and featured on the Boss remix before Ross got as hot as he is. He was on the original Maybach Music. Jay tried to sign Wayne to Def Jam before the peak of his popularity. Jay-Z wanted Hello Brooklyn which was Wayne's song. The deal was that if Wayne gave it to him then he gets a Jay verse on his album. As for hopping on remixes, it's usually those guys reaching out to him. He'd actually look like a big hater if he didn't want to collab with the new school at all. He basically does songs with who he fukks with. Still does tracks with Jeezy even though he is no longer who he was before. The only person I'm surprised he hasn't rapped with is Wale because he seems to fuk with him.
