When the game started shifting from iso ball it was bound to happen. Once these new big men start developing, star power will be back in a major way

Beal as talented as he may be is a huge injury prone, he will be that guy in the future who makes it to the playoffs and then can't play in the playoffs because of his body wearing out too quick in regular season.
