Shuckey Duckey Is Suing Booker T.

F4WOnline has learned that legendary urban comedian, Shuckey Duckey, has filed a lawsuit against the WWE's Booker T. Shuckey Duckey who made the phrase "Shucky ducky quack quack" popular in the 90s is alleging that the former WWE superstar infringed on his intellectual property when he worked as an announcer on Smackdown. As many of you probably remember Booker would often excitedly yell "Awww Shucky Ducky Quack Quack" randomly when he was on commentary.

Although we don't know the specifics of the lawsuit we have been told that this could be a huge financial blow for Booker if Mr. Duckey's suit is successful. Our sources also report that there is a huge amount of heat on Booker backstage for blatantly stealing a catchphrase from a well known entertainer. There were even talks of producing a line of merchandise based on the phrase. Shuckey Duckey, who is currently touring with a play entitled "Mama Sit Yo Ass Down & Listen To God", has yet to comment publicly on this issue.
