i know they still have some of that... but especially the trash talking at the end of competitive games (cause it wasall about getting rank 50).. was wat made the games better

now nobody uses that cause of party chat...

there should be a small button on the controller that u can press and go into game chat for as long as you talk.... they had that button on xbox 1 for mic chat

I honestly met and made some good friends through talking shyte on XBL in COD.
Also had some funny instances where we either had to talk trash to try hard clans, heard some pretty retarded stories/banter and I've been privy to a few beatings and family fights (One kid must have gotten snatched up from the 360, 'cause his character motionless but whenever you killed him you got that small little 2 second window where you'd hear what he was saying on the mic...and all we heard was arguing and screaming when he got killed )

No nobody has a mic or they ain't talking like they should, save for idiot kids who feel the need to scream into the mic and jerk off 'cause they are allowed to play COD/Battlefield.

CSGO was the same way up til recently. At the beginning of a match you could talk mad shyt to the opps, then at halftime you can talk more shyt, and once it was over, the shyt talk was explosive.

Now you can't voice chat the other team at all. smh

It's funny because this actually happened to me a few times while playing the uncharted 4 beta. There was to my surprise proximity chat in game.

all im saying is it as simple as bringing back lobby chat.. and proximity chat/gamechat button

we can stay in party chat but just have a single button... maybe like up on the d-pad.. that allows us to switch to game chat and talk shyt...

its dum now when i play destiny im so dissociated from the fact that im playing other human beings... when i was younger it was so real to me cause i knew these fukkers who were teabagging me would be tlking shyt after the game
