Do my coli brothers know the Great Prophet spent 6 months in Africa, building ties with out brothers. Just like The Honorable Prophet Marcus Mosiah Garvey

Omowale Malcolm X was dedicated to the cause his father died for. For those who don't know, both his parents were devout members of the UNIA.The Honorable Prophet Marcus Mosiah Garveys organization, centered around the unification of all Black Afrikans worldwide. And This was Omowale Malcolm X's objective

The man spent 3 weeks in Mecca.

In the book, his trip to Africa was given no great emphasis. But his trip to Mecca has a whole chapter...

In the film, again nothing on Africa but they took time to show Mecca

It is important we understand the African aspect of the Omowale Malcolm X's legacy

And it's even more important that we understand why the African aspect of his legacy is being undermined

You make it seem like its an unbelievable thing :beli:
No not at all my brother.

I'm literally highlighting how the white washing of History gives us the subconscious message that Africa and being African is something to undermine.

I was very much aware before making this thread about Omowale Malcolm's contribution to the Motherland. And the situation which ultimately resulted in his death

Blessings my brother

Yup, knew about that. A few of our activists, entertainers, etc. have lived or visited (extended) Africa during those times. He's one of the people who you need not wonder about, there's a lot that he said and expressed in his own words. I hate that people push certain narratives about him or believe that the movie (which was good) was 100% accurate and his whole story.

Not yet, but neither did the Great Prophet Marcus Mosiah Garvey :manny:

Why do you feel this was a reason he was killed?

To my knowledge, during his time in Africa he stayed in Tanzania, made a great friendship with the president who was assassinated literally days after Malcolm X.

They were building a case against South Africa for human rights violations, and in the process of attempting a Franz Fanon style revolution

I will hit you with some sources and good articles when I get time, not looked that up in a few years

That was back when the magnitude of African natural resources was still unknown to :mindblown:.

Now, we've got Chinese settlers physically abusing us in mines.:stopitslime:

I'm too tired to see if SA had nukes in the early 60's or not. I need to see if any Black gov't has nukes, for that matter.
