Nahh breggPurp you tripping. Leg day is the easiest day of the week. You should be able to pound reps quick and get home and eat a whole box of pasta. I love leg day. fukk biceps and abs.

Squats 3 sets
1 Leg At A Time Leg Press 3 sets
Hamstring Leg Curls 3 sets
Abs exercises 3 sets(captain chair leg raises 25*2 and 30* 1
Plank till we done 4 mins
Everything is good till its them abs and the plank

I guess I am getting stronger in the legs since I can put on more weight than when I started a few months back(and plus each set I put on more strength and try to keep the same number of reps or i go down 2 reps on the last set)Damn, you do far less working sets than I do. You seeing good gains?
Leg day for me:
4X10 squats.... increased weight each set
4X10 leg press....medium to heavy wieght
3X12 leg extenstions
3x12 stiff leg dead lifts
3X12 hamstring curls
4X12 standing weighted calf raises (smith machine...usually 225 or more)
4X8 calf press.......4 45lb plates.
