Miley Cyrus has bagged herself a Victoria's Secret model ... and during a break from filming a new music video Tuesday night in Los Angeles ... they locked up in a heavy make-out session.

The girl's Stella Maxwell, and she and Miley have been hanging out quite a bit lately. Miley posted a photo with Stella a few weeks back and captioned it,

The photo and video were shot Tuesday night in the parking lot at The Palm in Bev Hills. They both saw the cameras and clearly kissed to make a point, and it did not seem like a typical Miley gag.

We had to blur the video because Miley's hand goes south with Stella's help.
