I`m gonna Update OP with list of people on Sunday March 8.

So if you're down post if you are cutting or bulking, and post a pic of the scale with the date of your submission.

Main Goal of this is for us all to motivate each other to hit these goals for the summer.

In...I am taking some time off from the gym because of forearm/wrist injury but I have 2 vacations booked for July so I will be going HAM from march til then

I`m going to New Orleans next month, but I`m not to worried about going ham, still plan on working out when I get there. But reallymy biggest thing is I dont ever want to be cutting during the winter again, because thats the best time to bulk/maintain. My goal is to cut from March to say September, then reverse diet up to maintenance or a 100 calorie surplus. The cool thing is when you reserve diet in the early stages you will get stronger sine you are eating more but fat gains will be very minimal, when you cut hard for a while then just start eating normal again you gain a butt load of water weight.

I can join. I'm not going to join another website or program to it though.
