What's crazy is that Kobe could've had two 80+ point games in one season. That's absolutely ridiculous in any era.

As a very athletic 6'6" SG but not a freak (ie Shaq, Bron, Wilt, even MJ to an extent), it really speaks to his skills and just how hot he could get in his prime.

Still the only player to outscore an entire team through 3 quarters in the shot clock era. That's about 50 years. I don't think anyone is going to touch that for a loooooonnnnng time.

Yeah no shyt :dahell:

I want to revisit this - I think it goes overlooked.

Kobe doesnt get enough credit for how prolific of a scorer he is

:dead: Yeah nobody ever talks about it. It never ever comes up...multipe times per day. I'm surprised people even remember any of Kobe's exploits considering how rarely people ever bring them up. :comeon:

As a 6'6" SG with no real physical "dominance" over other players (ie Shaq, Bron, Wilt, even MJ to an extent), it really speaks to his skills and just how hot he could get in his prime.

This is what I always try to tell ppl but no matter what or how amazing he was ppl just right like him he could've scored 110 in a game and went 73-9 with smush ppl just don't like him
