It has its benefits though, especially when it comes to networking. I've seen alot of my friends get jobs because someone in their frat hooked them up.

I was VERY close to joining the Kappas my first year in college, a homie from my high school had joined and he was a real nikka. but when he start taking me around and meeting other nikkas I was like these nikkas lame

I went to the parties with them and shyt and the hoes were especially since them nikkas had the plug on the AKAs. But them nikkas didn't like that i used to smoke weed and get thoed with Que dawgs in the dorm.

The last straw was when one of them kappas tried to charge me up over a bytch that I was fukkin that used to go out with his roommate (who was a kappa too). Thats when I realized this shyt ain't for me. I used to dress preppy at times but some days I wanted to rock a white T, fitted with my pants saggin. I also realized that I wouldn't hang with 80% of them nikkas outside of school either. I would see them nikkas doing shyt just because one of their frat was doing it and that just wasn't me...

its funny how its always cats from the outside who know nothing but rumor and bullshyt...who wanna speak on frats...

so its only people in frats who do dumb shyt? becuz i hear about people on sports teams doing shyt all the time.

as far as that goes...that has more to do with people in groups...who follow the pack mentality and get caught up when other people do dumb shyt...it can happen with a team...a frat...a mob...anything where theres a group of people...
