Yeah
These days good horror films are far and few with the majority of them being really really bad.

When was the last time a film you just finished watching had you jumpy or at least a tad paranoid?

I will have to say the conjuring. I think the hype of the film for some odd reason helped the experience for me and the day I saw it it was thunder storming outside and I was always like

when I got home after seeing it.

The Fourth Kind...fukked...my...head...up...:damn:

Although I was an alcoholic and abusing every drug under the sun and in the streets selling drugs so i was already paranoid sleeping with a loaded gun so...:ehh:

But yeah...after watching that movie I woke up at 2:30 am every fukking morning for over a month, just like the woman in the film was waking up at the same time...it did not matter what time i went to sleep...I remember purposely staying up until 2:00...and then waking up 30 minutes later like :merchant:...

Pretty sure all the alcohol and drugs had something to do with it...but year I won't watch it again...

Session 9 and Kill List are the only "newer" horror movies (last 10-15 years) that genuinely left me feeling uneasy.

I'm not talking jump scares here, anyone can do that, but real, deep seeded fear.
