I went through something similar yesterday; spewed up two medium sized BK fries.
After I "sort of cleaned up" I put a piece of cotton on my Steele Reserve (daps to whoever it was that mentioned this in a different thread) put it in the fridge and just started drinking straight from a gallon of water.
