I couldn't believe how vivid and well he told the whole 1st 9 months of his life in the short span of 3 minutes.
Nas' ability to write a song so vivid direct yet filled w/ so much detailed is something that really can't be taught.
Bruh is truly a gifted writer, lyricist and MC.
His level of creativity and thought process is just another level from all these other nikkas, man.

I don't think Drunk by Myself has a different beat. Can someone prove that? i would love to hear it.

I would go on to say that along with Fetus, most of Nas' introspective tracks are what set him apart. Tracks like Drunk By Myself. That and his creative tracks like Rewind, One Mic, Blaze a 50, etc.

I could be mixing it up with one of the other songs. This is 15+ years ago and probably between 10-12 since I lost the CD I had with that song on it.

Thinking about it, I am probably mixing it up with Fetus/Belly Button Window.
