It Was Written era Nas tracks with D'Angelo & Methodman still unreleased in the vault

you can see on the back of this 'It Was Written' advance promo CD it says that the album was going to feature D'Angelo & Methodman. Ultimately those tracks never got released on the album, but that dont mean they not classic material, knowing all the amazing Nas shyt out there that never saw a release date, or only on 'Lost Tapes'

I've never even heard bout these tracks tho, wonder if they still exist. It's been more than 20 years, and shyt gets lost. I wish they'd go ahead and start releasing Box-Set versions of these albums already, with the rest of the studio sessions bonus tracks.

Or at least finally get around to that god damn Lost Tapes 2

If Nas would just drops a double disc or even single sequel to Lost Tapes, I'd be fine if he bowed gracefully out of the game, but I do feel he should give the fans that.

i just saw in an old thread that maybe Method Man's feature was on a different version of 'Take It In Blood' that got lost.

anyway, speaking of unreleased Nas, I just finally edited his unreleased verse onto the finished mastered retail version of Kool G Rap's 2002 Giancana Story song 'Holla Back' with AZ. The Nas verse is still muddy but sounds better than any other version available. Designed cover art too.
