It never made sense to me:

Why come our lil black boys get shot down and make officers 'fear for their lives' despite being unarmed in an overwhelming majority of those situations

Rome wasn't built in a day. "Flipping the script" would take generations. We can plant the seeds by starting our own businesses, raising our children to be aware of their history and power, encouraging them to be self sufficient and build strong alliances. We won't be around to see the end result, but we should be taking the first steps.
